What can I expect from Art of the Brick Experience?
The Art of the Brick is the world’s most popular display of LEGO® art with over one million LEGO bricks transformed into more than 90 sculptures by artist Nathan Sawaya.
Featuring intriguing works of art made exclusively from one of the most recognizable toys in the world, The Art of the Brick will inspire visitors of all ages. This critically acclaimed collection includes Sawaya's original sculptures as well as re-imagined versions of some of the world’s most famous art masterpieces, such as Michelangelo’s David, Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Will the venue be heated or with air conditioning?
Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 45 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the exhibit.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available on the venue. Also, near the venue there is: Carpark K, which is nearest to Hall 8B, or Carpark A/H.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, you will be able to buy exclusive merchandise at our event.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Will I be able to pay cash?
Only payments with a card will be accepted.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed.
I can’t find my ticket - what now?
You can view your ticket in the Fever App, within the “Tickets'' section. If you don't have the app, you can download it on Google Play and Apple Store.
You can view your ticket on the Fever website.
Your ticket is in the purchase confirmation email that Fever sent you.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Do you offer a group discount?
For groups under 40 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 40, please fill out the
group form.
Can I hire the venue for a private or company event?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet friendly, though service animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Can I smoke or vape?
No, smoking/vaping is not permitted.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, however, the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there are no strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there are seats available throughout the exhibition.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, you will have ample bathroom facilities.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a place where I can leave my belongings?
No, there is no place to leave belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by adults.
Do children under 4 have to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.
From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
From the age of 17 onwards.
Are prams allowed?
Prams need to be parked in a designated area at the exhibit entrance.
Are audio guides available?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
